Yes, it fits Polish AK wood stock, but it is made specifically for the right handed shooters. You can install it on the other side, but it will look awkward. Anyway, we hope to get these in a left hand version as well

from top of buttstock to the sling adapter it is 3 1/2 inches and from end to end width wise is 10 inchs.
