Prohands PRO

Prohands PRO is an evolution of the Gripmaster hand exersizers. It was designed for professional athletes and motivated individuals seeking maximum performance.

PRO is larger in profile than Gripmaster and allows for greater spring resistance. PRO isolates and strengthens each finger for superior hand, wrist and forearm strength.

Like many other sports, shooting requires a really strong grip to get a good control of the gun and shoot really accurate and fast. Prohands PRO not only makes your grip stronger, but also allowes you to work on a index finger separately to improve your trigger pull.

There are five color-coded models of graduated resistance (5, 7, 9,11 and 13Lb)

Note: Hand specialists recommend lower resistance and more repetitions rather than higher resistance and fewer reps.
