We have found that suppliers of pin sets to the firearms industry are using leaded steel. You can easily cut leaded steel pins with wire cutters. EGW pin sets are made from drill rod, which is a much stronger material. Our pins are manufactured to the GI 1911 print specifications with tighter tolerances.

EGW Pin sets or individual pins are great addition to your emergency reserve. When cleaning your firearm, you never know when a pin will go missing!
This pin does not work with 2011s or double stack 1911s. Double stacks use a larger diameter hole for the ejector pin.
