The second generation of adapter tubes from Polite Shooter - version 44SU - is installed on AKS-74U assault rifles and Saiga carbines with a side-folding butt made on their basis.
The main feature of the new tubes is a unique sliding fastening mechanism that allows you to fold the butt by 180 degrees.
On both sides of the tube there are connectors for a quick-release sling swivel, which is also included in the kit.

The tube is adapted to commercial standard butts and allows you to adjust their reach in 5 positions. The axis of the tube is raised relative to the stock butt, which allowed it to be brought to the level of the barrel.
