We've officially changed over to the New Crush Washer Style Muzzle Brake for the KEL-TEC SUB-2000. No longer do we offer the Jam Nut Version for the 9mm Muzzle Brake. The Jam Nut Version didn't require using a vise and the New Crush Washer Style requires you to use a Vise and Vise Jaws. Nothing changed in terms of the Muzzle Brake Size or Style for Function, just the way it's installed on the barrel.

​We made this move to ensure you don't get any exposed threads on the barrel after timing the muzzle brake which could happen with the older style Jam Nut version. Although the older Jam Nut version didn't require special tools or a vise this new version will ensure you get the tightest possible lock up and will not require you to use Rocksett as previously required with the Jam Nut Version.

WARNING!
Do Not Install a Crush Washer Style Muzzle Brake onto your KEL TEC SUB-2000 without this set of Barrel Jaws or you will need to send back to KEL-TEC for repair of part number 102 (which is the Plastic Hinge that houses the barrel). Improperly installing a Crush Washer Style Muzzle Brake could allow the barrel to twist and snap the Plastic Hinge which houses the barrel.
