The Mossberg 500 / 835 Trigger Spring Kit is constructed of the highest quality spring steel available, ASTM A228 music wire and are made right here in the USA! 

Be advised that Mossberg uses the same trigger assembly in a majority of their shotguns and for this reason the M*CARBO Trigger Spring Kit will fit a variety of Mossberg Shotgun Models.

If you have a Mossberg 590, then you will need to remove both hammer springs that are in the Mossberg 590 Trigger Group from the Factory. There is an inner and outer hammer spring that fit inside one another. Then replace the 2 factory springs with the single M*CARBO Hammer Spring in this kit. We've thoroughly tested this to ensure it would be free from light strikes or discharges when dropped. Due to the Mossberg 590 being used by the Military, it includes 2 hammer springs from the factory to ensure it will ignite harder primers on military grade ammo. Unless you are shooting military grade ammo you will not experience any light strikes
