EGW has created a reverse plug that allows you to correct an error. The long outside collar-style shoulder allows you to fix shoulder cuts that have been cut too far. The short inside bore allows you to customize your repair for any length slide.

Made from carbon steel (not lead alloy) to eliminate cracking, the rounded shoulder is extended for added support with no exposed area where cracks can occur.

This plug is solid to allow you to drill and ream to exact guide rod lengths.

A reverse plug is used in comp guns and bull barreled pistols where there is no bushing to retain the spring.

Available in Carbon Steel only. Must be installed by a competent gunsmith.
