This Bolt Hold Open lever is a direct replacement for your Saiga Rifle and VEPR Rifle factory BHO. Also Fit Saiga 410 and Saiga 20 shotguns

This part can be installed in your AK47/AK74/AKM - GUNSMITHING Required. Receiver must be notched and the width of your hammer reduced.

Note: We recommend you cut a small notch in the ledge of the BHO for the spring, keeps the spring from slipping off.
