They 3-D scan the actual gun and build a solid off the cloud for the most precise fit within three-thousandths of an inch. The Torsion IWB holster rides close to the body due to BCA's patented "Torsion" technology. This takes the gun and cants or twists it towards your body for maximum concealment. They also have a slight curve to help wrap around the natural curvature of your waistline. Bravo holsters have a very smooth pocket for a quick and pronounced, audible "click" when reholstering.
