AK-12 Extended Handguard

The set of extended plastic handguards for AK12 and TR3 IZH-212.Sb4 GP is designed to increase the functionality of AK-12 assault rifles and TR-3 carbines.
Consists of the handguard assembly IZH-212.Sb4-1 and the handguard lining IZH-212.4-2.

 The parts are made of high-strength polymer.

The installation of the kit is carried out in the same way as the installation of a standard carbine or machine gun handguard in accordance with IZH-1614 RE.  The forend pad is held on the carbine due to the elasticity of the construction material.
Before installation, it is necessary to insert the forend assembly into the receiver until it stops and unscrew the hole for the fixing pin using a reamer with a diameter of 7 mm.
